Hunter Chase Capital Partners is currently working on many exciting projects. Two which are moving forward with considerable interest are the Carillon Parc multi-use development in Southlake, Texas, and the renovation of the historic Baker Hotel in Mineral Wells, Texas. The Historic

Baker Hotel

The Baker Hotel is an historic, 14 story hotel located in Mineral Wells, Texas which has been closed since the early 70s. HCCP put together a team of professionals to renovate and restore the hotel to its previous grandeur. The biggest issue was financing of a project of this magnitude. HCCP structured various tranches of subsidies, tax increment financing, grants and sales tax referendum to bridge the gap. Renovation is still in the planning stages.
