Salons of Volterra
In 2011, HCCP built the first luxury, free standing salon suite building providing amenities and a physical plant not seen in salon suite operations.  Since opening the first Salons of Volterra in Keller, Texas, HCCP completed three more Salons located in McKinney,  Fort Worth and now open in Lewisville/Coppell. HCCP also provides property management for all locations.

The Salon in Fort Worth has been chosen as the “Best Day Spa in Fort Worth” for 2014 AND 2015 by Fort Worth Magazine.  We are proud of this distinction and strive to make the Salons of Volterra the best place of business for our tenants and the best experience for their clients.

Grapevine On Tap
The brewery owner came to Hunter Chase Capital Partners after his project stalled, due to financing and construction issues. HCCP provided a one stop solution by purchasing the land and adjoining building in Grapevine. Through HCCP's subsidiary, Hunter Chase Construction,  renovations to the existing building and construction of a specialized micro-brewery facility and tasting room were completed in July 2015 in order to accommodate Grapevine Craft Brewery’s explosive growth.

Kiddie Academy

Child Care Learning Center

HCCP has developed and built to suit, a specialized facility for this national franchise for early learning, preschool and after-school programs in McKinney, Texas. Kiddie Academy has just recently entered the Texas market with more than 90 franchises throughout the country. The building will open May 2016.

The Historic

Baker Hotel

The Baker Hotel is an historic, 14 story hotel located in Mineral Wells, Texas which has been closed since the early 70s. HCCP put together a team of professionals to renovate and restore the hotel to its previous grandeur. The biggest issue was financing of a project of this magnitude. HCCP structured various tranches of subsidies, tax increment financing, grants and sales tax referendum to bridge the gap. Renovation is expected to begin in 2015.

Grub Burger Bar
Grub Restaruant, which started in College Station, chose HCC to complete it’s second restaurant in the DFW area.
